RMD Collaborative is a full service detail oriented architectural design practice with a commitment to excellence in design and the highest level of client satisfaction. With over twenty years of public and private sector project experience, our team has the expertise to meet the most challenging programmatic issues. We strive to provide creative yet practical project development with an emphasis on sustainable and responsible design solutions.

Located in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston, we provide architectural design services to municipalities, private developers, non-profit organizations and other community groups, as well as provide consulting services to other architects in need of our aquatic and pool design expertise.

Our collective experience includes recreational and community oriented architecture, multi-family and mixed use development, commercial office design, hospitality design and competitive and recreational commercial pool design and consulting.

CHRIS ROTTI
Chris has over 20 years of experience with a wide range of project expertise, specializing in community oriented design with emphasis on athletic, recreational and aquatic facilities in the public, private and non-profit sectors. He received his two degrees in Architecture and Building Science at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is a licensed Architect in Massachusetts. Other specialties include commercial development and multi-family and mixed use development. A hallmark of his career is his ability to forge strong, lasting client relationships and the ability to creatively solve complex design problems.
CHRIS MCGRODDY
Having worked with institutional clients for the majority of her career, Chris brings her passion for adaptive reuse of existing structures to the forefront of her work at RMD. Her experience includes collegiate level new construction and renovation, places of worship and small to mid scale residential development.
